1、 Characteristics of WLS type shaftless screw conveyor

Compared with traditional axial screw conveyors, axial screw conveyors have the following outstanding advantages due to their use of a design without a central shaft and suspension bearings, and the use of a flexible integral steel screw to push materials:

2、 Structure of WLS type screw conveyor

This product mainly consists of a driving device, head assembly, casing, shaftless spiral body, groove liner, feeding port, discharging port, machine cover, base, etc.

1. Drive device: hollow shaft bevel gear reducer or TY coaxial hard tooth surface gear reducer. This manual only provides TY drive device. When designing, the drive device should be set at the discharge port end as much as possible to keep the spiral body in a tensile state during operation.

2. The head is equipped with thrust bearings that can withstand the axial force generated during material transportation.

3. Shell: The shell is U-shaped, with a rainproof cover added to the upper part, and the material is stainless steel or carbon steel.

4. Axis less spiral body: Made of stainless steel or carbon steel.

5. Tank liner: Made of stainless steel or manganese steel.

6. Inlet and outlet: There are two types: square and circular. Generally, the inlet and outlet are installed on-site by the user.
